About these terms
These terms of use apply to your use of Kaizen365 and the services included in the platform: Timeer, Equiper, Relevo and Scanalytics. By creating an account and using the services you accept these terms. Kaizen365 is provided by ClearQ AB, org. no. 559263-1732, Hantverkaregatan 16, 232 34 Arlöv, Sweden.
The services
Kaizen365 is one single ecosystem that brings Timeer, Equiper, Relevo and Scanalytics together under one roof. With SSO you sign in on one platform and stay signed in across all services. Which services are included in your account is determined by the plans you choose during registration or later in your account.
Registration and account
To use the services you register your company details and a contact person. We send a confirmation link to the contact person's email address. Through the link a password is chosen, after which your account and chosen services are created immediately. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and for keeping your login details secure.
Trial period and subscription
New accounts get a free 30-day trial period. After that, the plan chosen for each service is billed according to the current price list. Plans are priced per user and month. The price list may be updated, and current prices are always shown in the platform before a service is added or changed.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the selected currency according to the current price list. For custom-priced plans, a tailored quote is prepared and confirmed in a separate agreement. Payment follows the chosen billing period. If payment is not made, we reserve the right to suspend the service after a reminder.
Termination
There is no commitment period. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time, directly in the account or by contacting us. Changes take effect at the next billing period. Upon termination you keep access to the service until the end of the period already paid.
Use of the service
The services may be used for your own business and in accordance with applicable law. You may not use the services in a way that could harm the platform, other users or third parties, nor attempt to gain unauthorized access to other people's data or systems.
Intellectual property
Kaizen365, its software, design and trademarks belong to ClearQ AB or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the services during the contract period. The data you enter into the services belongs to you.
Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. How we process your data is described in our privacy policy. As a customer you are the data controller for the data about your employees and customers that you process in the services.
Limitation of liability
We deliver the services with high ambitions for availability and security, but provide no guarantees beyond what follows from these terms or a specific agreement. Our liability is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the last twelve months.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms of use from time to time. Material changes are announced in good time before they take effect. By continuing to use the services after a change you accept the updated terms.
